Project: Contractor's College
Scope: Developed and managed a customized construction business management training program for the bank's Getting Down to Business construction industry clients.
Impact: Trained over 200 contractors in New Orleans, Baton Rouge, Houston and Dallas.

Project: Lafitte Senior Housing Development
Scope: DBE, WBE and U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Section 3 compliance management and workforce consulting for the $18 million-dollar public housing development.
Impact: Exceeded the DBE, WBE and Section 3 participation goal by 5% and the HUD Section 3 employment goal by 115%.

Project: Customized training program authoring
Scope: Developed a TruFund branded Contractor's College curriculum and trained TruFund's staff on how to coordinate, plan and implement the program for the Louisiana market.
Impact: After successfully conducting multiple cohorts of the program in New Orleans and Baton Rouge, Start Smart was retained to develop the program for the Alabama and New York markets.

Scope: Trained the city's housing department on HUD Section 3 program guidelines, management and best practices.
Impact: The city's housing department implemented recommendations presented during the training and subsequently passed its HUD Section 3 field compliance audit.

Scope: Conducted strategic planning, business planning and business credit workshops for Getting Down to Business programs in New Orleans Houston and Dallas.
